Refund Policy

A video uses 50 credits. This policy explains when the credits come back and when a payment is not refunded.

Failed or blocked videos: not charged

If a video cannot be made, or our safety checks stop your request or the result, you are not charged: the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us.

No free preview

The video itself has no free preview. The sample clips on the home page show what a finished video looks like.

Videos you have received: not refundable

A video that was made and delivered to you is a digital product that is available to you straight away, so it is not refundable. Videos and lyrics are deleted after 30 days, so download what you want to keep.

Payment disputes

If something is wrong with a payment, write to us first at contact@rapvideomaker.io. A PayPal dispute is handled under PayPal's rules; a Waffo dispute or refund request is handled through Waffo's process. We review verified payment-provider refund updates manually; we do not automatically refund or remove credits that have already been used.
