These terms govern your use of Rap Video Maker (rapvideomaker.io). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Who can use the service

You must be 18 or over. The service is for adults only, and every photo you upload must show an adult.

Your photo and what you type

Upload only a photo of yourself, or of an adult friend who has said yes to being in your video. By uploading, you confirm that you are 18 or over, that the photo shows you or a friend who agreed, and that you have the right to use it. You keep your rights in your photo and in the text you type. You allow us to process them to write and make your video, to check them for safety and to delete them as described in the Privacy Policy.

What you must not do

• Upload a photo of a celebrity or other public figure, type their name, or ask for the voice, name or style of a real artist.
• Upload a photo of anyone under 18. We accept photos of one person only.
• Upload a photo of someone who has not agreed to be in the video, or tick the consent box when that is not true.
• Ask for abuse, hate, discrimination, sexual content, or anything involving people under 18.
• Break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or try to get around our safety checks, limits or payment systems.
• Send requests with automated tools, or try to disrupt the site.

We check requests and results automatically. We may refuse a request, block a result, or suspend an account that breaks these terms.

This acceptable-use policy applies to Rap Video Maker. It explains what we do not allow and how the video maker checks requests. It works with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Adults, permission and whose face may be in a video

Use a photo of yourself, or of a friend who is 18 or over and has said yes to being in your video, and tick the box to say so before the video is made. Do not use the service to pretend to be someone else, to put words in the mouth of a real person who has not agreed, or to mislead anyone about who is in a video or who made it.

You choose from fixed styles and tones. The videos are made by AI and are not official, sponsored, approved or endorsed versions of any artist, label, brand, show or person.

Content we prohibit

• Photos of celebrities, artists and other public figures, their names, and any attempt to imitate a real artist's voice, name or style.
• A photo of someone who has not agreed to be in the video, or ticking the consent box when that is not true.
• Photos of anyone under 18, and any content involving people under 18.
• Abuse, harassment, hate speech, or content that discriminates against a person or a group, a roast included.
• Sexual content, and nudity intended to be sexual.
• Violence or threats, or material meant to encourage self-harm.
• Covers of existing songs, and lyrics, melodies or instrumentals taken from existing songs or other copyrighted works.

How checks and updates work

The text you type is checked before a video is made, and the lyrics are checked again once they are written. The photo and the video also go through the safety checks of the AI services that make them. A request or a result that fails a check is refused, and you are not charged for it. The lyrics, the music and the video are made by AI models run by other companies; those companies and their models do not endorse this site or its content. Every video is AI-generated. The checks reduce risk but cannot guarantee detection of every photo or line that breaks these rules, of every line that resembles an existing song, or of every copyright or trademark issue.

Enforcement, reports and appeals

We may refuse a request or withhold a result that fails a check. Your photo is deleted as soon as your video is made, and videos and lyrics are deleted after 30 days. To report a video, request removal of one we still hold, or appeal a possible error, email contact@rapvideomaker.io. A person reviews the available record and may refuse the request, delete the relevant video where applicable, or correct a mistaken decision. We do not promise a 24/7 response, automatic reports to authorities, account bans or credit forfeiture.

Credits and payment

Credits are sold in packs, priced in US dollars as shown in the pricing section of the home page. A video uses 50 credits, so a pack smaller than that is not enough for a video on its own. Credits never expire and belong to your account. Available payment methods are shown before checkout and may include PayPal or Waffo. The video has no free preview.

If a video cannot be made, or our safety checks stop it, you are not charged: the credits it used are returned to your balance. See the Refund Policy.

Independent service

Rap Video Maker is an independent tool. Every video is made by AI from your own selfie. It does not imitate the voice or the name of any real artist, and it is not affiliated with any artist, label, music service or video app.

Your results

Lyrics, songs and videos are made by AI and may not turn out the way you imagined: the face, the lips and the voice can come out different from what you expected, and the video has the shape of your photo. We cannot promise a particular result. Even with our checks, a line of the lyrics may resemble an existing song. Videos and lyrics are kept for 30 days.

Availability and changes

We may change, pause or stop the service, and we may update these terms. If we change the terms, we will update the date at the top of this page.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
